I only knew her from her work in The Mall Family Practice but her warmth had a way of making you feel that little bit better. My last memory of Vanessa was when I was at the Dr’s and I told her that my Mum had just passed away 2 days before, she came out to me from behind Reception and gave me the biggest hug.
