To Justin and Vincent’s family,I am saddened to hear of his passing , remember him well from lower sixth where we knew him as Tex . May he rest in eternal peace.
Vincent was the first friend i made when i moved to county Kildare in the 1970s.We founded the Newbridge Camera Club and started Vincents long life passion for Photography. As our standards grew we joined the Dublin Camera Club And spent many happy hours at lectures and competitions over the following years. Vincent became one of the finest and most creative photographers in Leinster
He was smart funny and always great company. Newbridge has lost one of its finest, and i have lost a great friend
Life will be duller without him and i hope we will meet again in a better place.

I knew Vincent from 45 years ago, traveling on the train from Newbridge to Dublin, he was always helpful with tips on the use of the camera and photography, a great love of music also, a well-read man and kind and considerate. He will leave a great legacy on the town of Newbridge in those timeline photos on Main Street. He captured a time we loved in our youth in a town where friends were friends. May he rest in peace.

Vincent, Vinnie, a true gentleman, one of the original commuters to Dublin on the train. In the early ‘80’s, Tom, my brother and a few more students in colleges in Dublin joined the group every morning for the train at 8.10. Vinnie always offered encouragement, understanding and a story and anytime you would meet him in the intervening years, there was always a chat, a laugh and always encouragement. Deepest sympathy to all Vincent’s family and friends. May he Rest in Peace and be remembered by many.
