William (Liam) McCrea

I wanted to send our sincere condolences to all the family on the sad passing of Liam.
We only met once but we were instantly captivated by his wonderful personality.
We know he was very loved and how much his loss will be felt by those closest to him and hope that in time their grief will lessen and happy memories will abound.

An inspiring wonderful gentleman may he rest in eternal peace.

Liam was an absolute gentleman. Had many an enjoyable conversation with him when hanging out with Ian back in Worksop. Condolences to all the McCrea family.

Sincere sympathy to the McCrea and Leech families. I always looked forward to Liam's visits to Athlone Library where he would produce his latest find with pride. An Irish gem picked up in a British bookshop. A great admirer of Goldsmith he carried the Irish midlands with him always. May his gentle spirit rest in peace.
