Blakemore (née Hogan) 4th June 2021. Suddenly. Connie (late of Kylemore Road and Drumfinn Avenue, Ballyfermot), beloved mam of Elaine, David and Rachael, mother-in-law of the late Louise. Deeply regretted by her son, daughters, brothers, sisters, sons-in-law Ben and Thomas, grandchildren Erica, Lee, Sophie, Kiera, Abbie, Lily, Isabella and Harper, husband Frank, extended family and friends.
