The death has occurred of Déaglán Seán Ó h-Iceadhe (Declan Hickey) (Ballyogan, Dublin 18 and formerly of St. Fintan’s Park, Deansgrange, Blackrock) – May 20th 2020 (peacefully) following a short illness, in the loving care of the staff of St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Declan; beloved husband of Valerie (nee Magee) and loving father of Emma and Aoife. Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, son-in-law Ahmed, Sarah Jane, grandchildren, Chloe, Lara, Rían and Ryan, his four sisters and six brothers, extended family, friends and neighbours.

 

Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.

 

Due to Government warnings in place on public gatherings, a private funeral will take place on Monday (May 25th) at the Church of the Holy Family, Kill-o’-the-Grange at 10am, followed thereafter by a private cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium at 12.30pm.
