The death has occurred of Denis O'Leary
Leaca Bán, Dublin Road, Fermoy, Cork

O’ Leary (Fermoy) peacefully on October 7th 2019, in his 94th year, surrounded by his loving family & in the loving tender care of the doctors, nurses & staff at Amberley Nursing Home, Fermoy. Denis, Leaca Bán, Dublin Road, devoted husband of 65 years to the late Carmel (née Walsh) and beloved grandfather of the late Claire.

 

Sadly missed & lovingly remembered by his sons John & David, daughters Margaret, Grace, Pasqueline & Aoife, grandsons, granddaughters, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law & daughter-in-law, nephews & nieces, relatives & friends.

 

Born 5th Feb 1926 in Donoughmore, Denis joined the family building business which moved to Fermoy in 1950 to avail of ESB for manufacturing purposes. Here he met & married Carmel and raised their family who now mourne his loss.

 

May He Rest In Peace.

 

Reposing at Martin Neligan & Son’s Funeral Home, The Old Train Station, Fermoy (P61 K682) from 6pm to 7.30pm on Thursday evening. Reception into the Queen of Peace Church, Fermoy on Friday for Requiem Mass at 1pm. Burial thereafter in Kilcrumper New Cemetery, Fermoy.
