Peacefully, in the loving care of the nurses and staff at Glendonagh Residential Home, Dungourney. Diarmuid, beloved husband of Kay (nee O'Keeffe) and loving father to Jeremiah, Sheila, Helena (Connolly) and Richard. Sadly missed also by his brothers Dan and John, his sister Noreen Buttimer, brother in law, sister in law, daughters in law Geraldine and Rachel, son in law John, grandchildren Roisin, Faye, James, Ben, Beth and Eve, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Diarmuid's Funeral cortège will leave his home between 11am and 11.15am approx. on Wednesday 1st July 2020 and travel to the Roundabout on the Main Cork to Waterford Road, turning into Midleton and passing down St. Mary's Road, to The Church of The Most Holy Rosary, Midleton, Co. Cork.

 

Diarmuid, after a Funeral Mass in The Church of The Most Holy Rosary Midleton, Co. Cork, on Wednesday (1st July 2020) at 11.30am, is to be buried in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Midleton, Co. Cork.

The ongoing Government/HSE advice guidelines regarding Public Gatherings/Funerals as of Monday June 29th 2020 are as follows;

- Up to 50 family/Friends can attend Funeral Mass in the Church.

- Practice Social Distancing (2 meters between each person).

- No Handshaking, Hugging, Kissing.

- No Physical Condolence Books.

Family flowers only. Donations to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland, phone 1800-341341 for assitance.
