Retired Air Traffic Controller - Irish Aviation Authority, Dublin, Knock and Abu Dhabi Airports. Member of Slade Valley Golf Club. Great singer. Better dancer. Wonderful storyteller.

Passed away, peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones in the care of the wonderful staff at St. James' Hospital. Deeply loved husband of Rita. Father to Aisling, Brian and Peter. Grandfather to Anna, Isobel, Jack, Poppy and Max. Younger brother of John. Uncle of Niall, Edward, John and Grace. Brother in law to Maisie. Father in law to Derek and Jenny. As well as his many, many nieces and nephews and extended family in Ireland and the UK who all loved him.

Eamonn was an unforgettable presence who will be forever missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Their names are far too many to mention but you all know who you are. If he liked you, he loved you and you couldn’t help but love him back.

Arriving Terenure College Chapel on Tuesday for 11 o'clock Requiem Mass. Cremation service afterwards in Mount Jerome at 1pm.
