Edward (Eddie) DOWNES
Edward (Eddie) Downes
Priory Park, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Taverane, Cloonloo, via Boyle, Co. Sligo, January 14th 2022; Peacefully, at The North West Hospice Sligo.
Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Marian and his sister Nancy.
Edward will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his brothers Jack (Drumcliff) and Adrian (Maynooth), sisters Madeleine (Boyle), Josie (London) and Vivian Doohan (Ballaghaderreen), sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May Edwards’s Gentle Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
Removal from Mahon’s Funeral Home, Boyle, on Monday (January 17th) at 11.30am to St. Joseph’s Church, Cloonloo, for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon. Burial afterward in Templeronan Cemetery.
