Edward (Eddie) Leavy

Edward (Eddie) Leavy, Northyard, Scramogue, Co. Roscommon, formerly of Main Street, Lanesborough, Co. Longford, peacefully, at Mullingar Regional Hospital, on September 22nd surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his parents James and Bridget, his sister Anne Matthews and brother Fr. James. Devoted husband of Bridie (née Feeney), beloved father of Enda, Kevin, Eamonn and Deirdre. He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren Molly, Darragh and Aoibhinn, brothers Larry and Pat, sisters Mary McGowan (New Jersey) and Breda O'Loughlin (Kilkenny), his children's spouses and partner Colette, Christina and David, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at his home at Northyard (F42 W898) on Wednesday, 25th September, from 4pm until 8pm. (Please note, there will be a 10-15 minute break at 6pm for the family). Removal on Thursday morning, 26th September, arriving to St. Anne's Church, Scramogue for Requiem Mass at noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
