Eileen passed away surrounded by her adoring family, in the wonderful care of the staff in Youghal and District Nursing Home, on the 13th May, 2022. Predeceased by her loving husband Paddy and infant son Shane. Beloved mother of David, Marciana (Clifford), Paud, Jude, Aileen (Whelan) and Orla (O’Hanlon), dear sister of Michael and the late Donal & Gus. Granny Eil to Brian, Damian, Laura, David, Eva, Padraig, Caoimhe, Bill, Hannah, Cristin, Ruth, Fionn, Ailish, Adam and Muireann, great grandmother to Saoirse, Saidhbh, Darragh and Lyla. Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Pat, Liam, Jim, daughters-in-law Angela, Brenda, Jo, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, carers and friends.

Eileen will repose at O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton, on Sunday (15th) from 5pm – 7pm. Reception into Church of The Most Holy Rosary, Midleton, on Monday (16th) for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
