The death has occurred of Elizabeth McKenna (Myles) nee Murray, Clarnagh, Tydavnet, Co. Monaghan.

Saturday 10th September peacefully at her daughter Fidelma’s residence in Galway City surrounded by her loving and devoted family. Predeceased by her husband John and her parents Mary and Patrick Murray. Elizabeth is sadly missed by her family, daughters Mary, Anne and Fidelma and sons Martin and Sean, sons in laws, daughter in law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of relatives and friends.

May her gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at her daughter Anne’s residence Toneygarvey, Glaslough, Co. Monaghan (Eircode: H18 H272) on Sunday from 5-9pm and again on Monday from 2-8pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 11am in St. Patrick’s Church Corracrin, Emyvale (H18 TY04), burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private on Tuesday morning please. A one way traffic system will be in operation entering from the main Emyvale road at Enagh (L1155). Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Médecins Sans Frontières. 

Please note, there will be no 10am Mass in St. Mary's Glennan on Tuesday morning.
