Eric passed away peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff at Cork University Hospital & Strawhall Nursing Home Fermoy. Beloved husband of the late Geraldine (nee Butler), son of the late George and Annie, brother of the late Ivor and Trevor. Dear father of Andrew and George, father-in-law to Louise, brother-in-law to Grace Gilmartin, (Nenagh). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Eric’s funeral will take place privately. A Memorial Service will take place at a later date. A Graveside Service will be streamlined on Ronayne Funeral Directors Facebook page at 12 noon Saturday.
The family would like to thank you for your sympathy and support at this difficult time. You are invited to leave a personal message or share a memory of Eric on the condolence page below.
