Evelyn Beirne, nee Fay, Drumnavannagh, Cavan, Nov. 10th 2023 peacefully in the loving care of her Family and the staff at Esker Lodge Nursing Home, Cavan. Beloved wife and best friend of Jim and devoted mother of Ann, Shona and Gerard. Evelyn will be very sadly missed and dearly loved by her husband and family her sons in law, daughter in law, Gerard's partner Orla, adored grandchildren and great granddaughter, brother Thomas, sister in law Jane, nephews, nieces all her relatives neighbours and friends.

Evelyn will repose at The McMahon Funeral Home (H12C821) Farnham Rd., Cavan this Saturday evening from 5pm concluding with prayers at 7pm. Removal from her home on Sunday at 1.30 to the Cathedral of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan arriving for Funeral Mass at 2pm. Following Mass the cortege will travel to St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Killygarry for committal prayers and burial.
