| MURPHY (West End, Millstreet, Co Cork and Lincoln, Nebraska): On January 16, 2017, peacefully, at Cork University Hospital, Fr F J (Fr Joe V.F.). Ordained in 1951 for the Diocese of Lincoln, Nebraska and retired to Millstreet in 1999, son of the late Dan and Catherine, brother of the late John D, Donie, Jerome and Mary. Deeply regretted by his Bishop James Conley, priests of the Lincoln Diocese, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, great- grandnephew Colin, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Rest In Peace
Lying in repose at his residence. Rosary on this (Tuesday) evening at 8pm. Removal on tomorrow (Wednesday) at 8pm to St Patrick's Church, Millstreet. Concelebrated Mass on Thursday at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. |
