Fr. Seamus Egan
The death has occurred of Fr. Seamus Egan, (Columban Fathers), St. Columban's, Dalgan Park, Navan and late of Ballybrehony, Claremorris, Co. Mayo and Chile missions. October 21st 2021, peacefully in the loving care of the staff of St. Columban's Retirement Home, Navan. Fr. Seamus predeceased by his parents James and Mary; sisters Philomena and Margaret (Peg) and nephew Paul Mc Commiskey. Very deeply regretted by his brothers Fr. Pat (Columban Fathers), Martin, John, Dan and Gerard; his sisters Mary, Catherine, Bernadette, Ita (New Foundland), Nuala and Josephine (Baltimore U.S.A); sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews,grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, Columban family and friends.
May Fr. Seamus Rest in Peace
Due to current restrictions. A Private Funeral Mass will take place this Saturday in St.Columban's, at 11AM followed by burial in the Community Cemetery. Anybody that wishes to offer their sympathy to the family may do so n the condolence book provided below.
