The death has occurred of Frank Burke, Island House, New Inn, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway on 24th January 2022. Frank passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family.
Sadly missed by Mary, his devoted wife and best friend of fifty seven years, his daughters Maura (Hardiman), Cathy (Spellman) and Johanna. his sons Frankie, Tom, Seamus and Iomar, his sisters Maureen Dwyer and Josephine Lally, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many many friends. Fondly remembered also by his past pupils of Brackloon National School and members of Killimordaly Hurling Club and wider G.A.A. community.
Frank will lie in repose in Quinn's Funeral Home, Athenry, on Wednesday, 26th January, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Frank's funeral cortège will pass Brackloon N.S. and Killimordaly GAA grounds, en route from his home to St. Iomar's Church, Killimordaly, on Thursday for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Mass will be lived streamed on https://funeralslive.ie/frank-burke-2/. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only, by request, donations to a charity of your choice, if desired.
