Gerard passed away peacefully in Birmingham, UK with his sister Mary by his side. Predeceased by his parents Tom and Margaret O'Neill. He will be remembered by his daughters Lisa and Trine, sister Mary, brother John, sister-in-law Anne, nephew Eoin, niece Jennifer, grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives and friends in Ireland and the UK.

A cremation will take place in the UK.
