The death has occurred of Gertie Mc Cooey (Née Mc Conville), Lurganmore, Castleblayney, Co.Monaghan and formerly Crossmaglen, Co.Armagh Wednesday October 25th peacefully at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Dermot and Annie Mc Conville, brothers Patrick and Pearse.

Gertie, deeply regretted and remembered with love by her heart broken family, husband Eugene, sons Dermot and Arthur, daughters in-law Caitriona and Nicola, her six cherished grandchildren Aaron, Chloe, Niall, Caolán, Eloise and Kaitlyn, sister Lilly Mc Cooey, brother Michael Mc Conville, sisters in-law, brothers in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

May Gertie’s Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.

Gertie’s funeral cortège will travel from her home on Friday morning to arrive at The Commons Car Park, Castleblayney at 10:40am, proceeding on foot there after to arrive St Mary’s Church Castleblayney for funeral mass at 11am, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.
