FARMER Hugh (Clonskeagh and formerly of Clonmellon, Co. Meath) 14th March 2019 (peacefully) following a short illness at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Deeply missed by his nephew Stephen, nieces Andrea, Caroline and Tracy, extended family, friends, neighbours, and now re-united with his brother Liam and sisters Eileen and Frances.

Rest in Peace

A Funeral Service on Wednesday afternoon (20th March) at 1.30 pm in Clonskeagh Hospital Chapel, followed by cremation at the Victorian Chapel, Harold’s Cross.
