Ignatius O'NEILL

O'NEILL, Ignatius, Ginnell Terrace, Mullingar, September 18, 2021 (peacefully) in the presence of his family and in the loving care of the staff and nurses at Cluain Lir Nursing Home, Mullingar, having recently moved from Sancta Maria Nursing Home, Kinnegad. Ignatius will be deeply missed by his loving wife Kathleen, his children Bernadette (McCoy), Anne (Phillips), Caroline (Bray), Catherine (Quinn), Geraldine (Burke), Martina (Casey), Seán and Tony, his eighteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, sisters Moira and Eva, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sister-in-law Kathleen, relatives, friends and neighbours.

May his gentle soul rest in peace

Ignatius' remains will arrive at the Cathedral of Christ the King at 6.00 o'c. on Sunday, September 19. Funeral Mass on Monday at 1.00 o'c followed afterwards by burial in Ballyglass Cemetery. For those who would have attended but cannot due to current guidelines, the Mass can be viewed on the live webcam at www.mullingarparish.ie
