The death has occurred of Imelda Filan, Tubbermakee, Ballintubber, Castlerea, County Roscommon and formerly Castleplunkett, Castlerea, County Roscommon, peacefully Friday 30th August 2024 at Galway Hospice, Renmore.
Deeply regretted by her partner Kevin Farrell, daughters Jessica and Leah, her parents Padraig and Nora, her siblings John (Toberelva), Margaret (New Zealand), Elaine (Dublin) and Patrick (Castleplunkett), her partner's mother Anne, aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many good friends.
May Imelda's Gentle Soul Rest in Peace
Reposing at Flanagans Funeral Home, Ballymoe (F45 DN79) on Tuesday evening (September 3rd) from 4pm until 7pm.
Removal on Wednesday morning (September 4th) from her residence to St. Bride's church, Ballintubber (F45 AK50) for funeral Mass at 12 noon.
Followed by burial in Ballintubber cemetery.
