Jack O’Sullivan (Monaleen Park, Castletroy, Limerick. Formerly of Youghal, Co. Cork. Club President, Monaleen G.A.A.). October 14th 2021 peacefully at Limerick University Hospital, following a short illness. Beloved husband of Brenda. Dearly loved father of Annette, Elaine, Jacqueline and Louise. Predeceased by his brother Paddy, sisters Pattie and Gretta. Sadly missed by his loving sons-in-law Stephen, Eamonn, Gordon and Trevor, grandchildren Olivia, Louis, Nicole, Amy, Megan, Zara, James, Rachel, Andrew and Jack, sister Anna, brother Billy, nephew Martin, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

 

May he rest in peace.

 

Requiem Mass for family and close friends will take place in St. Mary Magdelene, Church, Monaleen, this Monday (18th October) at 12 noon, followed by burial in Kilmurry Cemetery.

In the interests of public health, attendance at the Service will be restricted to 50% of the church’s capacity and in line with social distancing protocols. Cards and messages of sympathy can be sent to Thompson’s, Thomas Street, Limerick.
