| JAMES AUGUSTINE (Austin) CLIFFORD (Cloyne, formerly of East Ferry and Philadelphia, USA). On February 21st 2021 peacefully in the presence of his loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff at Ballincurrig Care Centre. Son of the late Hannah and Denis Clifford, brother of the late Matt. Very sadly missed by his brother Denis, sisters in law Abina and Ann, nieces Siobhán, Maeve, Niamh and Denise, nephews John, Matthew, Joseph and Brian, his 12 grandnieces and grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
In line with continuing guidance and restrictions, a private funeral will take place during which Austin will be laid to rest in St. Colman’s Cemetery, Cloyne.
Requiem Mass on Tuesday, February 23rd, will be available to view from 12pm using this link Requiem Mass for James Augustine (Austin) Clifford
Austin’s funeral cortège will travel on Monday from Bawnard Cross at 5.30pm approx, via the East Ferry to Saleen and onwards to Cloyne during the private removal. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines if paying your respects as the cortège passes.
