James died peacefully at St David’s Nursing Home, Salthill on Saturday, 20 May, 2023 with his much-loved family by his side.
Predeceased by his wife Rose, his parents Patrick and Mary Ann and his siblings Tom, John, Pat, Mike and Annie and his son-in-law Gordon.
Deeply mourned by his sons and daughters, Jimmy, Maureen, Eileen and Michael, son-in-law Warwick, daughters-in-law Moira and Angela. Sadly, missed also by all his grandchildren Rowan, Darren, Nathan and Katie, Louise, Sean and James, Michele, James, Peter and Vanessa, 12 great-grandchildren, the extended Mullaney and McGrinder family and friends.
Reposing at St. Anthony’s Room within the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacara on Tuesday, 23 May, from 6 p.m. with removal to the Church at 7p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for James on Wednesday, 24 May, at 11 a.m. and following Mass, he will be laid to rest in Kilkinure Cemetery, Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo, arriving at 2.30 p.m. approx.
Re-united with his beloved wife Rose
