Jimmy Cummins

Cummins, James (Jimmy) Dunard, Craughwell Co. Galway. (Craughwell Furniture) 24th January 2022. Predeceased by his baby son Alan and grand-daughter Alice Rose.

Jimmy passed away peacefully surrounded by family in the loving care of the staff of Freyers Unit, Galway Clinic, after a brief illness.

Jimmy, beloved husband and best friend of Ellen and much loved father of Alison (Zimmerer), Denis, Paula (Fitzsimons) and James. Jimmy will be so sadly missed by his wife, children, sister Masie (New York) brothers Martin and Michael, daughters-in-law Karen and Joanne, sons-in-law Karl and Kennas, his adored grandchildren Alan, Dara, Katie, Ella, Aaron, Orna, Crystal, Emma, Laura, Jack and Lara, brothers-in-law Charlie and Paddy, sisters-in-law Bridge and Kathleen and Imelda, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and large circle of friends.

May his kind and gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Cawleys Funeral Home Craughwell (H91 W2V3) on Wednesday from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral arriving at St. Colman's Church Craughwell on Thursday for mass at 12 noon (click here to view Church Webcam) with burial afterwards in Ballymore Cemetery.
