Joan Phelan
(née Burgess)
Phelan (Née Burgess) Joan. 31st March 2020 (Ballyfermot) peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of TLC Nursing Home, Citywest; beloved wife of the late Stephen and loving mother of William, Anita and Joelene; sadly missed by her loving children, grandchildren Holly, Adam, Carla and Jack, daughter-in-law Elaine, sons-in-law Dominic and Gerard, brothers Liam and Joe, sisters Dolores, Marian, Hilary and Liz, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.
May she Rest in Peace
In line with Government/HSE advice and to ensure the safety of all Joan's relatives and friends, a small private funeral will be held. Her family would ask that over the coming days everyone who knew Joan would take some time to light a candle or take a quiet moment to think of the kind and loving lady she was.
