Late of Agall, Screggan. Died 26th November 2020. Peacefully at home surrounded by his wife Mary and brothers Patrick and James. Deeply regretted by his neighbours relatives and friends. May John Rest in Peace Rosary in Lawless' Funeral Home, Mucklagh on Friday at 6:00 pm. Removal on Saturday morning from his residence at 10:30 am to St. Colman's Church to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11:00 am. Burial afterwards in Mucklagh Cemetery. Family Flowers Only. Donations if desired to the Parkinsons Association of Ireland (www.parkinsons.ie) and Irish Cancer Society (www.cancer.ie)
If neighbours wish to show their support to the family. They could stand outside their houses as the funeral cortège passes on the way to the church.
In accordance with government and safety guidelines, numbers in the church are restricted to 25, but people are welcome to gather in the church yard during the Funeral Mass and afterwards in the cemetery while adhering to social distancing.
