The death has occurred of John Hunt, Roselawn Drive,  Castlerea, Co. Roscommon - 15th August 2022, (peacefully) in the wonderful care of the staff of Aras Mathair Phoil surrounded by his loving family. John will be sadly missed by his wife Oonagh, daughter Ruth, sons Alan, Keith, and John, sister Maureen Kirby (Drogheda), grandsons Eoghan,  Oisín, Conor and Ethan, son-in-law Paddy, daughters-in-law Mairead, Louise and Tara, extended family, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

Reposing at Gaynor's Funeral Home,  Castlerea from 4pm - 7pm on Wednesday evening with removal at 7.15pm to St. Patrick's Church, Castlerea. Mass of the Resurrection at 11am on Thursday morning followed by burial afterward in St. Joseph's Cemetery.

The funeral cortege will travel via Roselawn Drive, Church Hill, Barracks Street, and onward to St. Joseph's Cemetery.
