JOHN JOE CUNNINGHAM Croydon, London and formerly of Fairfield, Creggs, Co Galway. January 23rd, 2021, (Peacefully), in England, following a short illness. Predeceased by his beloved wife Ina, father Thomas, mother Cecelia, his deceased sisters and his brother-in-law John Brennan. He will be very sadly missed by his loving sister Mae Brennan (Fairfield, Creggs). He will be fondly remembered by the extended Cunningham, Coggins, Joyce, Quinn and Brennan families and by a wide circle of relatives, neighbours and friends.

In an effort to adhere to current government guidelines, John Joe’s funeral will be attended by immediate family only. Mass of the Resurrection was celebrated in St Mary’s (Our Lady of Reparation) Church, West Croydon, London on Friday, February 26th, 2021 at 12.10 o’c and this can be viewed by CLICKING HERE.

John Joe was then repatriated to Ireland and his funeral cortege will arrive at St Mary’s Church, Kilbegnet (via Creggs) on Sunday (February 28th) at 11.15 o’c for Mass of Christian burial at 11.30 o’c. This Mass can be viewed live by CLICKING HERE. Burial afterwards in Killyan Cemetery, Newbridge, Co Galway (via Creggs).
