| O’Keeffe (Queens Park, London and formerly of Deer Park, Lismore, Co. Waterford) on January 8th 2021 peacefully at his home in London; John, dearly beloved husband of the late Kathleen and much loved father of Gerald, Helena, Timothy, James, Mary, Michael and Thomas. Sadly missed and deeply mourned by his family, brother Tom, sisters-in-law Madgie and Marie, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, daughters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and many friends at home and abroad.
Funeral will take place in London.
