John Paul O'Driscoll
O'Driscoll (Castletownshend): The death has occurred of John Paul O’Driscoll, Castletownshend, Cork. It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Paul on October 18th 2021 who died peacefully at his home in the tender care of his loving family.
Sadly missed by his wife Breda (nee Nyhan, Ballydehob), daughters Anita and Shona, son Jamie, sons-in-law Matt and Pete, daughter-in-law Sharon, grandchildren Pierce, Senoria, Hannah and Frankie, brothers, sisters, mother-in-law, brothers in-law, sisters in-law, extended family and friends.
Reposing at his home. The house will be open from 5-7pm on Wednesday October 20th. The funeral cortége will leave John’s home at 2.30pm via Castletownshend Road to St Barrahane’s Church for Requiem Mass at 3pm on Thursday October 21st. (under government guidelines the capacity of the church is limited to 50%) This will be followed by a private crematorium service Friday October 22nd.
