June Wilkinson (née Forrest) Ambleside, Rathmore, Athboy, Co. Meath, Wednesday, May 24th 2023, following a short illness bravely borne, surrounded by her devoted family and in the exceptional care of the staff of the Mater Private ICU.
Beloved wife and best friend of Clarendon, wonderful and loving mother and mother-in-law to Garrett and Janice. Treasured granny of Esmée, Alice, Emelia and Arlo. Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband, son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. Remembered with love by her brothers Robert, Very Revd. Leslie, Kenneth, Hugh and her late siblings Andrew and Edith; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of relatives, friends and neighbours.
Reposing at her home on Friday, 26th May, from 3pm to 7pm. House private at all other times, please. Funeral leaving her residence on Saturday, May 27th, at 1.30pm for funeral service at 2pm in St James’ Church of Ireland, Athboy, followed by burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining churchyard.
Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to Child Vision Ireland and St James’ Church of Ireland Restoration Fund c/o William Foster, Funeral Director, Ricehill, Crossdoney, Cavan.
