| The death has occurred of Kathleen Guckian (nee McManus) Drumcoura, Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim on January 28th 2023, peacefully after a short illness bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family.Predeceased by her wonderful parents Mary Teresa & Leo.
Kathleen will be forever loved and greatly missed by her heartbroken family - loving husband Sean (Danny), cherished children - sons Damien & Colm, darling daughter and best friend Alison, loving daughters-in-law Kathryn (nee Tully) & Emer (nee McGovern), adored & very precious grandchildren Mark, Molly, Chloe & Cara, her sisters Mary (Longford) and Rosie (Canning, Drumshanbo), sisters-in-law Mary (Farrell, Athlone) and Elizabeth (McGlynn, Boyle) & her husband Liam, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. ‘Golden Rose, Queen of Ireland All my cares and troubles cease As we kneel with love before you Lady of Knock, my Queen of Peace’
Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday 31st January at 12 noon in St Patrick’s Church, Drumshanbo with burial afterwards in the new cemetery.
