O’Keeffe, Kathleen (Kay) (née Winders) – (Ballyfermot and formerly of Rutland Avenue, Crumlin) September 11, 2021. Peacefully in St. James Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of William and loving Mam to Paula, Sean, Catherine, Barbara, Liam and Laura. Very sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Robert, Aidan and Richard, daughter-in-law Susan, grandchildren Samantha, Jen, Emma, Lauren, Alexandra, Sarah Jane, Jasmine, Adam, Craig, Joshua, Ayla, great-grandchildren, brothers Christy, Ted and Danny, sister Margaret, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in her family home today, Monday, 13th September, from 6pm to 8pm. Removal tomorrow, Tuesday, 14th Sept., to Church of the Assumption, Ballyfermot  arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.30am am, followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery.
