The death has occurred of
Leszek Jakub Zawierucha
Leszek Jakub Zawierucha (Sandyford, Dublin 18 and late of BMW and formerly of Cracow, Poland) – May 11th 2021, at St Vincent’s Hospital, at the age of 39. A wonderful and good man who passed away to eternity. Beloved son and very sadly missed by his mother Grażyna and father Ludwik, son David, fiancée Aliona with Vania, sister Justyna, grandmother Kazimiera, brother-in-law Jakub and his parents, uncle, aunt’s Danuta and her family and Maria and Kaziu, nephews Mateusz and Staś, godmother Lucyna and her husband, godfather Andrzej and his wife and their son, cousin, family friends Zbigniew, Natalia and family, close friends Ewa and Tomasz and family, Basia and Waldek, Ania and her husband, Dominika, Zbyszek, Maciek, Jakub, his former work colleagues, his extended relatvies, neighbours and a large circle of friends, wonderful, good man.

Cremation service will take place on Friday, 14th May, at 11.30am in the Victorian Chapel in Mount Jerome Crematorium. A funeral service will take place at a later date in Poland.
Due to current government guidelines regarding attendance at funerals a maximum number of 50 people can attend, we would ask that you wear face masks and respect social distancing where possible.
