The death has occurred of Margaret McCarthy formerly of Parnell Street, Carrickmacross and Shancobane, Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan, on Sunday, 12th September 2021, peacefully, in Castleross Nursing Home, Carrickmacross. Sadly missed and remembered by her loving family, and predeceased by her husband Patrick (Pat), her brother Pete McGahon and sisters Anna Watkins and Rose McGeough, she will be sadly missed by nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.

 

MAY HER GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE

Reposing at Magee’s Funeral Parlour on Monday the 13th September from 4pm to 8 pm. Removal on Tuesday 14th September to Mary Mother of Mercy Church, Inniskeen, for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in St Mary's Cemetery. The capacity of the funeral home and the church is 50%.

 

There will be an opportunity for the community to support the family and to remember Margaret by being present on route, socially distanced as Margaret is brought from Magee’s Funeral Home at 10.30am via Candlefort, Riverside, St Daigh's Terrace, Ednamoe, to The Church of Mary Mother of Mercy, arriving tomorrow, Tuesday the 14th of September, for 11am Funeral Mass, burial afterwards in St. Mary's Cemetery, Inniskeen.
