Margaret O’Brien (née Slattery) The Hermitage, Portlaoise, Co. Laois and formerly of St. Joseph’s Terrace, Clarecastle, Co. Clare. 7th February 2025 (peacefully) at Kilminchy Lodge Nursing Home, Portlaoise. Predeceased by her husband Gerard (Gerry). Sadly missed by her children Michael, Gerard, John and Patrick, daughter-in-law Denise, grandchildren Robert, Jessica, Sophie, Tia and Bowie, great-grandchildren Freddy and Frankie, sisters Breda, Deloris and Theresa, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements: Reposing at SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Clarecastle, Co. Clare, (V95 T861) on Monday (10th Feb.) from 5 pm concluding with prayers at 6 pm. Funeral Mass at SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Clarecastle, on Tuesday (11th Feb.) at 11 am. Burial afterwards in Clarehill Cemetery, Clarecastle.
