MARIE KILLEEN (née Grogan) ‘The Laurels’, Creevy, Co Roscommon and formerly of Moate, Co Westmeath. July 29th, 2021; (Peacefully), in the dedicated care of the staff at Sonas Nursing Home, Cloverhill. Beloved wife of the late Roger, much loved mother to Evelyn, Peter, Sharon, Siobhán and Sandra and sister of the late Micheal and Oliver. She will be very sadly missed by her family, her sisters Carmel and Nollaig, brothers Mossie and P.J., sons-in-law Fergal, Brian, Paul and John, daughter-in-law Sheila, grandchildren Charlie, Ellie, Jessica, Abby, Rachel, Roger, Luke and Brendan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

May Marie rest in peace.

 

In an effort to follow current guidelines Marie’s funeral will be attended by family and close friends only. Her funeral cortege will depart from her home in Creevy on Monday morning at 10.30 o’c and arrive at the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in St Coman’s Cemetery. For those wishing to offer their sympathies, we suggest using the online condolence link below.
