Marina Lester (neè) Corcoran, Leicester, England and formerly Ballina St. Crossmolina, Co. Mayo.

Peacefully after a short illness at the Leicester Royal Infirmary. Predeceased by her husband Alan, her parents Charles and Josephine, her brothers Bernard and Joseph her niece Aoife.

Deeply regretted by her son Paul and daughter Katey, son in law Robin, grandchildren, Sarah, Mathew, Jack, Joseph and William, partner John brothers Martin (Newport), Charles (Castleknock), Paul (Kilconly), James (Kiltimagh), Peter (Longford), Gabriel (Dundrum), Paudge (Crossmolina) sisters Josephine (Rappa), Anne (Longford), nieces, nephews and extended members of the Corcoran and Lester families.

May Marina Rest In Peace

Reposing at Leonard’s Funeral Home Lahardane (Eircode F26CV60) on Monday, 5th August, from 6.30pm with removal at 8pm to St. Tiernan’s Church Crossmolina. Requiem Mass on Tuesday, 6th August, at 11am. Remains will be repatriated to Leicester England where Marina will be laid to rest with her husband Alan.
