The death has occurred of Martin Joe Thornton (also known as Joe Gunny) Corcullen, Galway, in his 94th year. Peacefully, in Teaghlach Uilinn. Predeceased by his nephew Aidan, brother in law George Finnegan (snr.) and his beloved Auntie Mamie. Deeply regretted by his sister Mary Finnegan(Babie), his nephews Colin, Keith, and George, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, neighbours, and his many friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at Aiséirí Funeral Home, Moycullen, on Friday, the 20th of May, from 6pm. Removal at 7.30pm to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Moycullen. Requiem Mass will take place on the Saturday, the 21st of May, at 3pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
