McCABE, (nee Whelan) Mary, 21st July, 2021 (Knockmore Park, Tallaght and formerly of Canon Mooney Gardens, Ringsend) (peacefully), surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff in St. Gabriel’s Ward, Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross; beloved wife and best friend to Joe and loving mam of Peter, Adam, the late Kevin, Lindsay and Catherine; Mary will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her loving family, husband, children, adored grandchildren Lauren, Aimee, Kevin, Holly, Regan, Courtney, Zoe, Erin, Ellie, Lucy, Katy, Leo, Luke and Callie, great grandson Max, daughters-in-law Helena and Teresa, sons-in-law Paul and Ronan, sisters, brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, wide circle of friends and neighbours.

 

May Mary Rest in Peace.

 

In line with Government and H.S.E advice regarding public gatherings, a small private funeral will be held. Mary’s family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew Mary would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in her memory. Those who cannot attend the funeral Mass due to the current restrictions please feel free to leave a message in the condolence book at the bottom of the page.

 

Mary’s funeral cortège will stop at the family home on Saturday, 24th July 2021, at 12:20pm on route to Bohernabreena Cemetery arriving for 12.40pm. Anyone wishing to gather outside the house as a mark of respect is asked not to gather in groups and to adhere to all guidelines relating to social distancing and the wearing of face masks.
