The death has occurred of Matt McEntee. St. Mary's Park, Navan & formerly Lattinalbany, Magheracloone, Carrickmacross, 17th July 2021. Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by his parents James & Annie, his brother-in-law Seamus and his nephew James. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, his sister May (Carolan), his partner Sheila, his nephews Brian & Matthew, his nieces Sinéad, Pauline, Bridget & Catriona, his grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and many friends.

House strictly private due to Covid-19 restrictions.

 

Matt will repose among his family & friends at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Main Street, Carrickmacross, on Sunday, 18th July, from 6pm until 9pm.

 

In accordance with current guidelines Matt's Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the presence of his family & close friends (limited to 50) on Tuesday, 20th July, at 11am in Sts. Peter & Paul's Church, lower Magheracloone followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.

There will be an opportunity for the community to pay their respects by lining the route, in a socially distanced manner, as Matt's funeral cortège leaves his sister May's home, Clonseady, on Tuesday at 10:35am proceeding to Sts. Peter & Paul's Church.
