and formerly of Portarlington, Co. Laois.
Maureen, in her 96th year, passed away on 18th August 2024, unexpectedly, at St. Luke's Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved husband Kevin, sister Christina and brothers Tony and Eamonn. Much loved mother of Jimmy, Tony, Paul, Deirdre, Brian, Regina and the late infant Noel. Maureen will be dearly missed by all her family, son-in-law Anthony, daughters-in-law Julie and Fiona, grandchildren Jane, Shane, Darragh, Eimhin, Odhran and Aoibhe, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's Green, Kilkenny (R95XE00) on Tuesday (20th August) from 5pm to 7pm with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6.30pm. Removal from her home on Wednesday morning to St. Patrick's Church for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St. Kieran's Cemetery.
