HAYES (Fr Dominic Road, Ballyphehane, Cork): On November 23rd, 2022, peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness bravely borne. MAUREEN (née McNAMARA), beloved wife of the late Michael, loving mother of Helen (Crowley), Carmel (McCarthy), Janice (Roche), Hilary (Lyons), Tyna (Coughlan) and George and dear sister of Philomena, James and the late Helen, Georgina and Declan. Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Kevin, Pat, John, Martin and Paudie, George’s partner Ber, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law Finbarr, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Turners Cross on Thursday (November 24th) from 5pm to 6pm.
Requiem Mass on Friday (November 25th) at 11am in Church of the Assumption, Ballyphehane which will be streamed on www.churchservices.tv/ballyphehane/
Funeral afterwards to St Oliver’s Cemetery, Model Farm Road.
