Michael Hallinan, Tullylinn, Culleens, Co. Sligo, died peacefully in the presence of his family at Sligo General Hospital, on 2nd January 2022, after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis.

Reposing at Gallagher’s Funeral Home, Bonniconlon, on Tuesday evening from 5.30pm with removal at 7pm to St. Joseph’s Church, Castleconnor Church, arriving at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning at 11am with the funeral proceeding to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Kilglass.
Predeceased by his father Bartley, mother Annie and brothers Anthony and PJ. Much loved brother of Breege Kilcullen, Eileen Whelan, Marian Carrabine, Phil Cooney and Johnny. He will be greatly missed by his brothers in-law Josie and Michael, Breege’s partner Vincent and Eileen’s partner Willie. Sadly missed by his aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.
Many thanks to the staff at Sligo General Hospital and St. John’s Community Hospital for all their kindness and care throughout Michael’s illness.
Those attending the funeral please follow all guidelines in regard to sanitising, mask wearing and refrain from handshaking & hugging.
