The death has occurred of
Monsignor Thomas WOODS DCL
Monsignor Thomas Woods, DCL., Mullingar and Rome, Sunday June 26, 2022 (peacefully) in the tender and compassionate care of the nurses and staff at Newbrook lodge Nursing Home. Sadly missed by his brother Robert (Canada), sister-in-law Marie, nieces Deborah and Vivienne, nephew Gregory, grandnieces, grandnephews and great-grandnephew,Bishop Tom Deenihan, Bishop Michael Smith and his fellow priests of the Diocese of Meath.
May he rest in peace
Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday, June 30, at 11.00 o'c in the Cathedral of Christ the King, followed by burial in in Ballyglass Cemetery. Mass can be viewed on the live webcam at www.mullingarparish.ie.
