| Nellie Lee (nee Bennett) Castlemanor Retirement Village, Cavan (formerly Virginia Road and Carrickavee, Ballyjamesduff) died peacefully after a long illness, bravely borne, in her 89th year surrounded by her family and in the care of the wonderful staff at Castlemanor Nursing Home.
Predeceased by her son Liam, her siblings Sheila, Eugene, Pat, John and most recently her beloved sister Molly (Smith). Nellie will be sadly missed by her husband Brian, children Nuala (George), Bernie, Julie, Geraldine, Brían (Jessica) and Cathal (Ciara), grandchildren Ronan, Simon, Deirdre, Aaron, Aisling, Lauren, David, Meadhbh and Clíodhna, nieces & nephews, the extended Lee and Bennett families especially her brother in law Hughie Smith and niece Claire (Lackenduff), a wide circle of neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her daughter Julie’s home in Carrickavee, Ballyjamesduff (A82 ET32) from 4pm to 9pm on Tuesday 14th June. Funeral cortège will leave her daughter Julie’s home on Wednesday morning to arrive at St Joseph’s Church, Ballyjamesduff for funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in St Joseph’s Cemetery, Oldcastle Road, Ballyjamesduff.
