| Patricia Anne Berry (née Falkiner) passed peacefully on the 13/01/2021 at St. Vincent's Hospital Dublin. Patricia was pre-deceased by her husband Frank (Francis) Berry. Much loved mother of Shane, Frank and Bronagh. Sadly missed by her children and grandchildren Reagan, Sinead, Emmet, Aoife and Shauna, great-grandchildren Ellen, Cillian, Eoghan, Kealan, Declan & all her relatives and friends. Also a special mention to Elaine & family & all the Smyth family for their help & support.
