The death has occurred of Patricia Carty (nee Donnelly, late of Liscarton & Balreask Manor, Navan and a former teacher at St. Joseph’s Convent of Mercy, Navan).

She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her devoted husband Dermot, grandson Luke, sisters Jane and Eileen and brothers Thomas, Andrew and George. Patricia will be very sadly missed by her adoring daughters; Rosaleen, Helena, Deirdre, Claire and Catherine, sons Sean and Michael, daughters-in-law Mandy and Dodie, sons-in- law Allister, Mike, Brendan and Tadhg , seventeen grandchildren and a great grandson - all of whom she dearly cherished. She was also much loved by sisters Kathleen, Treasa and Angela, brothers Denis and Michael, a close circle of relatives, friends and neighbours from Liscarton & Balreask Manor.

Reposing at St. Joseph's Chapel of Rest, Old Johnstown, Navan (Eircode C15 C425) from 3pm on Sunday with removal at 6:15pm to St Mary's Church, Navan arriving for 7pm. Funeral Mass at 10am Monday morning. Burial afterwards in Dunderry Cemetery. Family flowers only. If wished, donations in lieu of flowers to the Fr Peter McVerry Trust are suggested.
